- To nurture the inherent unique strengths, interests and diverse learning styles of all school and college going students in the BRF adopted villages by providing access to high value content, knowledge, soft skills and career counselling and to help them achieve academic excellence on par with the best of urban standards.
- 100% school enrolment and no dropouts till Class 10; Right to Education to be fully implemented.
- Government schools to integrate special needs children through linkages with the BRF health centre services and its Disability and Rehabilitation program.
- Extra-curricular programs, summer camps, sports meet, arts festivals to be organised in each village.
